The Challenge

LeapTrain needed a structured online community platform where learners could engage, share knowledge, and participate in moderated discussions — but informal tools like WhatsApp groups lacked the governance, structure, and moderation controls needed to maintain quality discourse at scale.

The Engineering Solution

We built The Leap Forum with full user authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and content moderation tools at forum.leaptrain.com. Administrators have granular control over user permissions and content governance, enabling a well-managed learning community that scales with the platform's user base.
